The IP Press is a team of IP-Holics, who started this blog to ensure access to the latest intellectual property (IP) issues for all the IP hopefuls. Our focus would be to address IP concerns of stakeholders, students, academicians, researchers, start-ups, etc. and guide them to attain and enforce their IP rights.
We, not only hold expertise in law and IP, but our team of technically-skilled professionals, IP specialists and patent agents gives us a better understanding to deal with technical issues in IP. To focus on national and international issues, we are supported with international IP experts as well.

These rights serve as the foundation for protecting and promoting innovation, creativity, and originality across various industries. In this blog series, we embark on an enlightening journey to explore the fascinating world of intellectual property rights, interwoven with the intricacies of cyber law, media entertainment law, sports law, fashion law, fintech law, and related legal domains. By delving into these aligned areas, we aim to provide you with an in-depth understanding of the multifaceted nature of intellectual property protection and its implications in the digital age.
Submission Guidelines:
1.) Focus your submissions on IP law or topics directly/indirectly related to IP.
2.) Ensure your work is original and reflects your own ideas and insights.
3.) Our team diligently screens for plagiarism. Co-authorship is allowed, with a maximum of two authors.
4.) Aim for a word count between 800-1500 words (excluding references).
